JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be the mother of co-accused Md. Irshad against whom the victim states in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that it was the co-accused Md. Irshad and one Md. Ayub, who took her to Gorakhpur and other different places. Moreover, Md. Irshad had already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order, dated 19.09.2016, passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43477 of 2016 (2) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 36947 of 2016.

Accordingly it is ordered that the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) sunil/- U T
