JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been filed for correction of the typographical error, which has crept in the order dated 23.03.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1318 of 2021, on account of mistake in the writ petition itself, to the extent that the name of the Police Station mentioned at internal page no.2 of the aforesaid order dated 23.03.2021 should be "P.S.-Amnaur" instead of "P.S.-Taraiya" and on the same page, the plot number depicted in the prayer portion, which has been reproduced therein, as "S.S. Plot No. 1291" should be "R.S. Plot No. 1291". The learned counsel for the respondent Shri Ramakant Yadav has got no objection, if the aforesaid typographical errors are corrected.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that the name of the Police Station and Plot number mentioned at page- No. 2 of the aforesaid order dated 23.3.2021, at the place

where reliefs no. 1 and 2 have been quoted, be read as "P.S.- Amnaur" and "R.S. Plot No. 1291".

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 1318 of 2021.
