2. Mr. Verma, representing the South Bihar Power Holding Co. Ltd., submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.11.2015 passed in CWJC No.11338 of 2015, the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and all the admissible retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. He further submits that so far the remaining dues including
Patna High Court MJC No.1401 of 2019 dt.08-09-2023 2/2 the salary for the period of suspension is concerned, the same would be dependent upon the outcome of C.B.I. Case- RC 01 (A) 2003 AHD/PAT.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still there are certain other dues which have not been paid, apart from that the petitioner is also entitled for interest over the due payment.
4. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the order of this Court has already been complied and the admissible dues has already been paid in the compliance of the order of this Court, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
