The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 and 120B the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being one of the director and the allegation leveled against him is that he had misappropriated the money deposited in the company. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner was drawn only because he had filed a complaint case against the complainant vide Complaint Case no. 2668 of 2011 alleging huge defalcation of company amount by the complainant and other

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
