1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. This is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to hold Physical Evaluation Test (PET) and allow petitioner to participate and thereafter declared final result of petitioner on the basis of her performance in Written Test + Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and further for a direction to the respondents for extending benefits flowing from the said final result of petitioner."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.11548 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
