The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27583 of 2015 (4) dt.03-11-2015 furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
