The present writ application has been filed for payment of salary (with effect from April 2013 to till date) to the petitioner who is discharging her duty as a Panchayat Teacher. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Appellate Authority and the District Appellate Authority has allowed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10836 of 2021(3) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 appeal of the petitioner and directed the Authority to accept the joining of the petitioner and also to make payment of salary but till date no payment has been made.

Considering this fact, petitioner is directed to re-raise her grievance before the District Appellate Authority and the District Appellate Authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the petitioner or her counsel, within a period of four weeks and the District Appellate Authority shall not take any plea of limitation as the writ application of the petitioner was pending before this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
