Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2930/2019 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 120 liters of toddy was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no concern with the toddy.

The petitioners are in custody since 18.3.2019.

Case No. 207 of 2019.
