The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 for offences under Sections 3447, 341, 323, 337, 308, 427, 379/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the case was registered under Section 379 but later on the police after investigation submitted charge sheet under sections 308 and 379 IPC. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties and on account of the land dispute the present case has been registered. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
