Patna High Court CWJC No.17656 of 2008 (6) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the Union of India submits that as per counter affidavit filed by them on 24.12.2014, copy of which has also been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on the same day, all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

Neither counsel for the petitioner appears nor any rejoinder to the said counter affidavit is on record. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit regarding payment of admitted dues to the petitioner, the application stands disposed off.
