Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar are present.
Learned counsel for the State on the basis of counter affidavit submits that the petitioner has already been appointed on compassionate ground upon the death of his parents who have been paid their retiral benefits of the service counted from the time their services were regularized. It is further the stand that the petitioner was not getting the family pension because he has crossed the age of 25 years. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 31.07.2008 but neither there is any rejoinder filed to the same nor any counsel is present to press the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3320 of 2008 (5) dt.06-01-2015 2/2 application.
In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
