JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 341 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he entered into the room of the informant on 18.05.2015 at 10.30 PM and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner was brutally assaulted at the hands of the informant's side, though, no case was registered and informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53061 of 2015 (2) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sheohar Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Addl. Distt and Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Sheohar.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
