The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are suspected to have committed murder of the brother of the informant for the reason that the deceased had some affair with the daughter of one of the accused. Suspicion is based for the reason that the informant saw the FIR named five persons and some other unknown dragging the dead body of her brother. They have not been named in the FIR.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23593 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 Submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, who are in custody since 17.11.2018. Co-accused have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 77 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 13702 of 2019 respectively. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018.
