12.01.2015 Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General are present. Pursuant to order dated 07.01.2015, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, who is present. Respondent no. 5 is also present. However, it is stated that the post of respondent no. 3, who was also directed to appear, has been abolished.

From the pleadings, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non payment of certain periods relating to her medical leave and also up-todate interest on G.P.F. have been addressed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6165 of 2008 (4) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 respondents as per the materials brought on record. On 07.01.2015, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and today also nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. In view of such fact as well as the materials brought on record on behalf of the respondents, this Court does not find that any admitted dues of the petitioner remain unpaid. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

The personal appearance of the respondents no. 4 and 5 stands dispensed with.
