23.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 as well as respondent no. 5. As per the stand in the counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 3, the remaining amount of G.P.F. along with interest comes to Rs. 2,65,577/- for which a bankers cheque has been brought by learned counsel for the State in favour of petitioner no. 1 and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not deem it necessary to keep the matter pending and accordingly,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9251 of 2008 (6) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 the writ petition stands disposed off.

However, if the petitioners find that there has been any error in either computation or still something remains, they shall be at liberty to file a representation before respondent no. 3, giving full details of their remaining claims. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the concerned respondent shall look into it and pass a reasoned order within three weeks thereafter. If anything further is required to be paid in terms of the decision taken on the representation filed by the petitioners, the same shall also be done within the next three weeks.
