ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.151 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the present petitioner came in connection with the present case on the basis of a confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, Harendra Kumar. It is further submitted that such statement made before the police has got no evidentiary value and, therefore, the petitioner may not be roped in in connection with the present case. Case No.151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
