In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioner to seek regular bail before the trial court as he was on regular bail till the submission of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him anticipatory bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.224 of 2016, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
