Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 30.06.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheohar in Matrimonial Case No. 35/19 whereby and whereunder the matrimonial case was dismissed due to nonprosecution.

4. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for restoration before the learned court below.
