JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 20.07.2012 passed in Mutation Revision Case No.5 of 2012 by the respondent Additional Collector, Rohtas (Sasaram), as contained in Annexure-1, whereby the aforesaid revision application filed on behalf of the petitioners has been rejected for the reasons recorded in that order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5, at the very outset, submitted that against the impugned order the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands under dispute as also with respect to the order impugned in the present proceeding.
