30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 12 as well as Sri Ratan Kumar Sinha, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of respondent no. 4. The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Court considers that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal.
