The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 02.01.2015 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 334/2014 (corresponding to G.R. No. 4118/2014) registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by which cognizance has been taken by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur.

The matter related to killing of the husband of the informant which resulted into lodging of the Mahua P.S. Case No. 334/2014 under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

The police investigated the matter and submitted charge-sheet vide Charge-sheet No.388/14 dated 12.11.2014 against the accused person under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52328 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 02.11.2015 took cognizance in the matter having been primafacie satisfied. No case for interference is required.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
