Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Arms Magistrate-cum-District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
