1. Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 02.12.2022, issued by the Circle Officer, Patory, in connection with the Encroachment Case No.01 of 2017-18, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate objection to the aforesaid notice dated 02.12.2022. Liberty so sought is granted.
2. It is needless to state that in case the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6720 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 1956, has not already been passed, the Circle Officer, Patory, shall consider the objection, to be filed by the petitioners and thereafter pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law, forthwith.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
