JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) To issue appropriate orders, directions including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents No. 07 and 08 to start selection process of the post of Anganwadi Sewika for the Anganwadi centre lies in ward No. 04 of Bharauli Panctayat under Ziradei block of Siwan District as per guidelines 2019.

(ii) To direct the respondent No. 07 and 08 to start selection process for the post Arganwadi Sewika in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11163 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 aforesaid Panchayat on the basis of application received through ONLINE in the fifth phase of selection process.

(iii) To direct the respondent No. 03 to take appropriate legal action against the private respondent who has fraudulently made an application to the respondent No. 05 to stay the meeting of Aam Sabha to cause delay in the selection process for Sewika in the Bharauli Panchayat on the plea that she had filed writ petition before Hon'ble Patna High Court though the same has been filed by some other candidate."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
