Patna High Court CWJC No.7073 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 from Plot No. 101 and 115 both of Khata no.180 (Garmajarua Malik Land) situated at village-Tajpur Bishunpur, Thana No. 91, which has been encroached by villagers of Baniya Bigha, creating obstacle in the construction of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sarak Yojna going from Bania bigha (N.H.98) to Rampur Vaina and further to construct the above said approved road."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Arwal, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
