The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307, 323, 341, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with others and alleged that Sudhir Singh and Ashok Singh assaulted him with Lathi.

It is submitted that informant, Amod Singh, got two lacerated wounds and nature of injury was kept reserved. The informant did not go to A.N.M.C.H, Gaya for X-ray. Even the doctor at Sadar Hospital, Aurangabad reported that the injuries are simple in nature. It appears that only two lacerated wounds were found and the injuries were superficial in nature.
