JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. None appears on behalf of the respondents either, though the names of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list. However, Mr.Shivendra Kumar Roy, learned counsel, who has filed I.A. No.5348 of 2013 for impleading the applicant of aforesaid I.A. as party respondent, is present in Court. Since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. The interim order dated 11.05.2011 passed by a Bench of this Court stands vacated.
