Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.21 of 2015 In Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 20026 of 2013 ====================================================== Shiv Balak Singh .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ga13- N. Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
Learned counsel appearing for the State points out that all the payments of the petitioner has already been paid to him except the interest for delayed period because the petitioner had himself filed petition at belated stage for that the department is not responsible.
Since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call, it appears to me that petitioner does not have any interest to pursue this matter.
Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
