This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The complaint based first information report relates to an occurrence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The victim-girl, in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, stated that no one had adduced her to go anywhere. She does not want to go with any one rather wants to go alone.
The learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail that subsequently the victim has supported the allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping and has stated that her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code was obtained by putting force, the benefit would always go with the accused.
Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with
