The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 142, 143, 145, 147, 149, 151, 154, 341, 342, 353, 332, 333, 307, 440 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

The prosecution case is that the informant being S.I. of Nautan Police Station received information from Headmaster of Upgraded High School, Mangalpur Gudaria village to the effect that co-accused Manmohan Ojha and his

No.55582 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 family members have brutally assaulted one of the students of the school Rajkeep Kumar when the informant reached to the spot with Home Guard Constables when the accused persons assaulted the informant and Home Guard Constables. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the students, their family members and guardians. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
