JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue writ/order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in economically weaker section category on the vacant seat available in relation to Advertisement No.07 of 2020 dated 30.04.2020issued under the signature of Joint Secretary cumController of Examination, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna.

To issue writ/order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent for publishing the additional/supplementary merit list (result) for economically weaker section category for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) against the Advertisement No.07 of 2020 dated 30.04.2020 issued under the signature of Joint Secretary-cum- Controller of Examination, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna.

(iii). To pass an ex-parte interim order staying the further process in relation to appointment on the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in economically weaker section category in relation Advertisement No.07 of 2020 dated 30.04.2020 issued under the signature of Joint Secretary cum- Controller of Examination, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
