2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S Case No. 38 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant and other members of inspecting team were checking the electricity connection in neighboring house of the petitioner, the petitioner reached there and abused the informant and misbehaved with the entire inspecting team of electricity department. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the injury suffered by the Bhola Yadav is simple in nature. It is further submitted that dues amount of electricity has already been deposited by the coaccused Sri Ramniwash Ram (father of the petitioner). The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S Case No. 38 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
