2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for quashing the entire proceeding of Land Acquisition being initiated for proposed acquisition of the land vide notice through letter no. 1222 dated 21.06.2014 issued by the concerned Circle officer to the concerned Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary to send proposal after getting
Patna High Court CWJC No.10143 of 2019(5) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 approval of the "Aam Sabha" in reference of letter through memo no. 596/RA, Gaya dated 17.05.2014 issued by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Gaya though vide the notification through P.R. no. 6043(Bhu.A) of 2013-14 the lands in question with some other plots have been denotified on the pretext of consent of the local affected people since the lands in question are water reservoir known as "Aahr" and further for restraining the authority concerned to take step for acquisition of the land..
3. Prayer for withdrawal has been made.
