The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 379, 384, 504, 506, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would appear from the Complaint Petition itself that no one has injured. Earlier petitioner no.1 had also lodged a case (Annexure-2) against the prosecution party and petitioner no. 2 had also sustained injuries, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.33415 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
