The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case no. 164 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 182, 189, 283, 353, 504, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with sixty other accused persons are said to have blocked the road and intercepted the vehicular traffic and also raised the anti-administrative slogans. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24773 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 specific rather general and omnibus. No hindrance to the police party or any person has been caused by the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Wakil Lal Deo @ Wakil Laldev and another have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16620 of 2018. On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case no. 164 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
