2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 290/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. However, the police has submitted chargesheet under Sections 392/411/413/ 414/212 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing a loot of Rupees Fifteen Thousand and a mobile phone etc. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2023 and there is no recovery from the petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been made accused only because of his criminal antecedent.

Case No. 290/2022.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Triveniganj Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
