Patna High Court LPA No.1005 of 1996 (14) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 the fact that this Court had earlier even issued notice to the appellants so that they may appear and pursue the appeal. Thereafter Mr. Ravindra Kumar Rai, Advocate had made statement in Court on 08.12.2014 that he intended to appear for the appellants. Despite these indulgences granted by this Court the appellants have not yet taken any step in the matter. It appears from the conduct of the appellants that they have no interest in pursuing the appeal.
