JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The instant application has come up for modification passed in Cr.Misc.No.39718 of 2015 vide order dated 01.10.2015 wherein the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks.

Unfortunately, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below during that period, hence, petitioner wants an extension of three weeks time to surrender in the court below. As such, petitioner is further directed to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks in connection with Biharsharif P.S.Case No.193 of 2015 pending in the Court of CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

With the above modification only, the instant application is allowed.
