JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2017 Mr. Manish Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that in view of framing of charge by the court below, the instant application, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the order dated 17.09.2012 passed in Special Case No.3 of 2010 arising out of R.C. No.8(A) of 2010, whereby cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) read with 13(1)(c)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 was taken, has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
