The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown miscreants took away bag of money of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Neither there is any recovery of any incriminating article from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.21363 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhimanyu, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. case No.278 of 2018.
