Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections-143, 186, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 283 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that while the informant along with police personnel on the tip off reached at the P.O., 40-50 male and female were found blocking the road and making encompass and slogan against administration, as a result of transportation stopped. The said blocking was made due to protest of occurrence of kidnapping and murder of abducted person.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no

General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The offences are triable by Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
