Counsel for the Accountant General informs the Court that vide letter no. PEN-298, dated 15.06.2016, a communication has been made with the Executive Engineer to authorize and forward the authorization of family pension to the petitioner. They have not received any input thereafter.

The Executive Engineer, PHED, Muzaffarpur would be well advised to expedite the matter, so that the family pension of the petitioner would be settled within a period of three months without
