3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let the petitioner file a representation before the Circle Officer, Block Jaynagar, P.S. Jaynagar, District Madhubani (respondent no.4) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
