15-04-2015 Heard Sri Choudhary Shyam Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG-11. The petitioner, in the present writ petition in sum and substance has made a prayer for directing the Respondents to select the petitioner as constable against an Advertisement, which was published long back in the year 1998.The present writ petition was filed in the year 2008.

Keeping in view the fact that the advertisement was published long back in the year 1998 itself, the Court is of the opinion that no positive relief can be granted.
