The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a direction to the Bihar Nursing Registration Council, Patna to get her registered in the Council so that she may be eligible for appointment on the post of Nurse.

It appears that the petitioner was earlier appointed on the post of Nurse on contract basis but she was terminated from service on the ground that she was not registered with the Bihar Nurse Registration Council. The petitioner moved this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9570 of 2014 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No.112 of 2013 against the order of termination but this Court dismissed the aforesaid writ petition on 3.1.2014 but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only a direction be issued to the Bihar Nurse Registration Council to register the name of the petitioner in the council for which the petitioner has already applied on 07.02.2014, Annexure '11'. Counsel for the State did not raise any objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Nurse Registration Council to pass order on the application of the petitioner within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
