Patna High Court MJC No.72 of 1996 (8) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 order of a Division Bench of this Court dated 26th June, 1995 passed in CWJC No. 8168 of 1994 whereby the writ petition was entertained regarding non-payment of legal dues of the workers concerned. It was found that the paucity of fund cannot be a justifiable reason for non-payment of legal dues of the workers. Thus, there was direction to pay the wages of the workers within a period of six months.
None is present to press the present petition. The contempt petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Hemant Gupta, J) (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U
