JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 The only grievance which the petitioner has in the present writ application is that despite the fact that sale deed has been presented by him before the Sub Registrar, Muzaffarpur for its registration on 18.01.2019, the same is not being registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order of this Court dated 01.11.2018, passed in CWJC No. 11911 of 2017 (Shailendra Kumar Sahay and ors. Vs. State of Bihar and Ors), and has submitted that in similar circumstance, this Court has disposed of the writ application by asking the Registrar either to register the sale deed or refuse to

In view of the submission so advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this application is being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar to take a final decision on the question of registration of sale deed which the petitioner is said to have presented within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This disposes of the application.
