This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.07 of 2022 registered under sections 8, 20 of N.D.P.S. Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 10kg of Ganja from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25900 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody or after framing of charge, whichever is later and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Lakhisarai/Successor Court, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.07 of 2022.
