The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No. 141 of 2016 registered under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner who is elder brother of her husband, came to her house and kept liquor and when the informant protested, the petitioner assaulted her with Hansuli and other accused persons assaulted her with stick. When her husband came to save her, he was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is submitted that the informant got injuries which are superficial and lacerated in nature. The husband of the informant did not get any injury. Other accused persons who are alleged to have assaulted the informant and her husband, have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46576 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted but the injury was found superficial and lacerated. The petitioner is own elder brother of the husband of the informant. Considering the above fact, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
