The petitioner seeks bail in Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 69 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that that brother of informant received call on his mobile phone stating that Ranjeet Don is speaking and told the brother of the informant to talk to Bala Mishra ( petitioner) who demanded Rs. 5 lacs as ransom from the brother of the informant. It is further alleged that thereafter again brother of informant received call on his mobile phone from another mobile stating that Bala Mishra is speaking and told that Rohit Bhaiya has demanded Rs five lacs as ransom to which brother of the informant said that he is

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that mobile from which call is alleged to have been made does not belong to petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . It has further been submitted that Rohit Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court by order dated 5.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 19655 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 69 of 2017, TR. No. 1636 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
